COMMISSION PRICING
Prices depend on the size of the portrait, the number of pets within the same portrait, and whether you would like a head or full body portrait. Certain sizes are too small to accommodate multiple pet options. Each portrait takes many hours to complete, and the larger the portrait the longer the time required. All prices below are for unframed portraits, although the edges can be finished and delivered ready-to-hang for an additional fee.
Custom sizes are available upon request, so if you do not see the size you would like please contact me for options.
MULTIPLE PETS
Some sizes are unsuitable for multiple pets due to the lack of detail I would be able to portray. Here is a guide that I recommend for portraits including more than one pet:
2 pets: From size 24" x 24" and larger
3 pets: From size 24" x 36" and larger
4 pets: From size 24" x 48" and larger
For 5 pets or more, please contact me. For each additional pet added please add $50 to the base price of the canvas.
BACKGROUNDS
I traditionally do a studio background as I prefer the focus to be on your pet, however if you require a background please let me know and I will be happy to offer this.
FINISHED EDGES
Edges of your canvas will remain unfinished as many people choose to frame their pieces. If you would like a more contemporary look I am happy to paint the edges of the canvas and add hanging hardware so that your piece will arrive ready to hang on the wall. D-ring hangers and picture wire are strung along the back of the canvas, and wall hooks for the size and weight of the canvas are included. All you will need is a hammer!
Add an additional $25 to the total price of the canvas for this option.
SHIPPING
All of my paintings are securely packed and is sent on a tracked and insured service. Tracked shipping is quoted on an individual basis as sizes vary greatly. A typical 24”x36” piece ranges around $65 depending upon destination location to get an idea. A quote for shipping will be determined during the size selection process.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
Once you have selected your piece a 50% deposit is required prior to the actual creation. Payments via secure bank transfer Zelle, Paypal, and Venmo are all accepted. All major credit cards are also accepted, however payments must be done over the phone and will incur a 3% surcharge to cover credit card fees. Once the piece is finished the remaining balance is to be paid in full within 7 days. The piece will ship and you will be given your tracking number as soon as I receive the payment. COMPLETION TIME
Each portrait is created with love and the utmost attention to detail. I generally have a wait list of a month or two, however I will always do my best to accommodate for a special occasion! If you need your piece by a certain time period please let me know so that I can work it into my schedule. Once I begin a piece it typically takes a week or more depending upon the complexity and size. It is an additional 2 weeks for framing and shipping.
