About

Patti Suzette creates dynamic paintings that fuse the raw vitality of the natural world with the gritty textures of urban environments, evoking the tensions and transformations wrought by human presence on the landscape. Her hyperrealistic compositions, often centered on majestic animals rendered with intense detail and dramatic contrasts, pulse with energy and emotional immediacy. Through bold palettes and layered surfaces, Suzette captures moments of primal power and fragile beauty, inviting reflection on ecology, resilience, and the intersections of wilderness and civilization.

Suzette’s practice draws from a self-taught foundation, evolving from experimental “Fire Art” techniques—employing alcohol inks and controlled flames for visceral effects—to masterful command of acrylics and oils. Her works bridge organic forms and urban grunge, producing pieces that feel both immersive and confrontational. Exhibited across prominent venues in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Manhattan, her paintings have also served as official artworks for major events, including the 30th Annual Spring King of the Beach and Mad Beach Boatstock.

Beyond her studio practice, Suzette is a vital force in the arts community as owner of Echelon Fine Art Gallery and founder of Patti Suzette Brokerage of Fine Art, where she champions emerging and established talents. She serves as Creative Director for ARTSYN, contributes as a columnist for The Artisan Magazine, and participates in initiatives such as the Dali Museum’s Zodiac Committee. Her multifaceted career reflects a deep commitment to both creation and cultivation within the contemporary art ecosystem.

Born in Juneau, Alaska, Suzette has lived and worked in Florida for over two decades. She holds double bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Finance from the University of South Florida.
